Being a mother and a wife

Being a mother of two kids was not just easy. Having a little girl of age three and a boy at the age of five. Taking care of them like keeping them clean, preparing their food was a norm for us mother. But with the two of them always quarrel. What will you do? You know what I always do? I don't get their both side. I always say to my little boy to always have patience with her sister. And for my little girl. I told her to give respect always to his brother because when they get old her brother will be the one to be always besides him. I just wish at their young ages they will remember what I am saying is for their own good.
As a wife I make sure to serve my husband with all my very best. I serve my family with all my love that's why I don't feel tired every time I do the household. As a wife I make sure to always show my husband how I love him so much.
So for me the two responsibilities was not hard just always put your heart in all the things you do and it will lessen your burdens.

Cooking French Fries

My kids loves to eat French fries, but I cannot afford to always buy them French fried in a fast food chain. My budget will suffer if I always buy them French fries. But one time as I was in the supermarket in a mall I saw a precooked fries. I remember the time I was working in a fast food chain as a counter person sometimes I was assigned in fries station. Your duty is to make sure that there is always an available fries. But you make sure that the fries is in high quality standard, means still hot and fresh not cold and saggy.
So when I purchased a precooked fries I already know how to cook it. The first time, fries is not that crispy but my kids still eat. Then the next time I cooked French fries it is still frozen but my little girl can't wait to eat to I put the frozen fries in the a high temperature cooking oil with a high flame. After a few minutes the fries is cooked and the quality of the products is very good. The fries is crispy and tasty. So from that moment I always cook the fried even it is frozen. I also told my mother my experience. She said she'll do the same procedure also next time she cooked fries.
