Get Past the Stress

If you live on your own and are in the 20 to 30 age bracket, chances are you have a sing full of dishes that aren't going to clean themselves. Do them. The sound of the running water and the circular scrubbing motions are in the same vein of the exercises I did. It's boring, but you feel like a zombie extra in a movie film. If you don't live on your own, find something else to do instead of banging your head against the wall. That's taking mind numbing activities too literally and I'm guessing is more counterproductive.

Whatever you choose to do, you're aiming for an end result of moving forward, because stress has a tendency to make us just stop dead in our tracks until whatever shifts us into gear comes along. This is your attempt to move out of neutral gear on you own, like when you have to press restart because your PC is frozen.
